Endocrine Annual Care: $1,500 for the first year

The new patient practice fee includes your initial comprehensive consultation, ongoing follow-up as needed, prescription management, and direct access to Dr. Glueck throughout the year through MyChart and by phone.

Comprehensive Endocrinology Consultation: $1,000

The consultation fee includes a 90-minute comprehensive initial evaluation, ordering of appropriate diagnostic testing, including laboratory testing and imaging as needed, and one follow-up visit within 30 days, either in-office or virtual.

Your $1,000 consultation fee will be applied toward the $1,500 first-year annual practice fee if you choose to continue with Endocrine Annual Care. Additional follow-up and prescription management, as well as ongoing access to Dr. Glueck through MyChart or by phone beyond the consultation period, require enrollment in Endocrine Annual Care.

Established patients: $750 annually
